Terms of Service
Effective August 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of Antares. By signing in, you agree to them on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the organization that invited you.
The service
Antares is an invitation-only knowledge workspace, offered as an early-access product. Features may change, and the service may be updated or interrupted as it develops.
Accounts and access
Access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for the account you sign in with, and workspace administrators control membership, roles, and vault access for their organization.
Your content
Your organization keeps ownership of everything it adds to Antares. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content - solely to operate the service for your workspace.
Acceptable use
Use Antares only for lawful business purposes within your organization. Do not probe or disrupt the service, attempt to access another organization's data, or use the service to store or distribute unlawful content.
AI-generated output
Answers and summaries are generated by AI models and can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information against the underlying sources before relying on it.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service.
Termination
We may suspend or end access that violates these terms. Your organization may stop using the service at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to content.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the product evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Questions go to your workspace administrator or the Antares team.
