Antares is a private, invitation-only workspace that organizes your organization's knowledge and answers questions about it. This page explains what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details - your name and email address, from the sign-in method you use (email link, Google, or Microsoft).
- Workspace content - the files, messages, meeting notes, tasks, and emails your organization adds directly or syncs through integrations it connects.
- Technical logs - basic usage and diagnostic records needed to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
Content is used solely to provide the service: organizing it into your organization's vaults, answering your team's questions about it, and sending sign-in links and notifications. Answers are generated with the help of AI models; your content is processed by those models only to produce results for your workspace.
Where it goes
Your data is shared only with the service providers that host and power Antares (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and AI model providers) and with the integrations your organization explicitly connects, such as Google, Microsoft, or Slack. We do not sell your data.
How it is scoped
Everything in Antares belongs to an organization and lives inside its vaults. Access is by invitation only, and members only see the vaults they have been given access to.
Retention and deletion
Content is kept for as long as your workspace is active. A workspace administrator can remove content, members, or the workspace itself - contact yours to exercise access, correction, or deletion requests.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited by invitation and role. No system is perfectly secure; report any concern to your workspace administrator immediately.
